यँहा अगर आप Microsoft Excel से परिचित हैं,तो आप अपने काम को गति देने और आमतौर पर कार्य को अधिक सुविधाजनक बनाने के लिए उपयोग किए जा सकने वाले कीबोर्ड शॉर्टकट की संख्या और विविधता से आश्चर्यचकित हो सकते हैं।
अब, क्या कोई आपसे उम्मीद करता है कि आप इन सभी कीबोर्ड कुंजि को याद करेंगे ? बिल्कुल नही! हर किसी की जरूरतें अलग-अलग होती हैं, इसलिए कुछ आपके लिए दूसरों की तुलना में अधिक उपयोगी होंगें। और हमने सूची को साफ और सरल बनाया है ताकि आप इसे प्रिंट भी कर सके। जो बाद में आपके काम आए। और हाँ जितना अधिक आप कीबोर्ड शॉर्टकट का उपयोग करेंगे ,ये याद रखने में भी उतनी आसानी होगी।

इसके अलावा, भले ही हमारे यँहा शॉर्टकट कुंजि की सूची बहुत लंबी हैं, लेकिन इसका कोई मतलब नहीं हैं कि Excel में उपलब्ध हर कीबोर्ड कोम्बो की पूरी सूची हैं।हमने इसे अधिक सामान्यतः उपयोगी शॉर्टकट को इस लिस्टट में रखने का प्रयास किया हैं। और आपको यह जानकर खुशी होगी कि इनमें से लगभग सभी शॉर्टकट लम्बे समय से हैं, इसलिए यह सब  Excel के किसी भी  संस्करण में  मददगार  साबित होंगे ।

सामान्य शॉर्टकट कुँजी :-

आइये सबसे पहले Workbook में हेरफेर करने और ईन्टरफेरेंस समधि क्रियाओं में सहायता के लिए सामान्य कीबोर्ड शॉर्टकट देखें !

·        Ctrl+N: Create a new workbook.

·        Ctrl+O: Open exiting workbook.

·        Ctrl+S: Save current workbook.

·        Ctrl+W: Close current workbook.

·        Ctrl+Z: Undo.

·        Ctrl+Y: Redo.

·        Ctrl+F: Search find and replace.

·        Ctrl+F4: Close excel.

·        Ctrl+F2: Switch to print preview.

·        Ctrl+F1: Show or hide ribbon.

·        Ctrl+Tab: Switch between open workbooks.

·        Alt+A: Go to data tab.

·        Alt+R: Go to review tab.

·        Alt+Q: Go to the “tell me what you want to do”.

·        Alt+F: Open the file tab menu.

·        Alt+H: Go to home tab.

·        Alt+N: Open Insert Tab.

·        Alt+ P: Go to page layout tab.

·        Alt+M: Go to formulas tab.

·        Shift+F11: Insert a new worksheet.

·        Shift+F3: Insert a function.

·        F1: Open the help panel.

·        F7: Check spelling.

·        F9: Calculate all worksheet in all open workbook.

कार्य मे Cell या Worksheet में नेविगेशन के लिए शॉर्टकट कुँजी:

·        Left/right arrow: move one cell to left or right.

      ·        Ctrl+left/right arrow: move to farthest cell left or right in the row.

      ·        Ctrl+up/down arrow: move to top or bottom cell in the column.

·        Ctrl+ page up/ down: move to previous or next worksheet.

·        Ctrl +home: move to beginning of worksheet.

·        Page up/down: move one screen up or down in a worksheet.

·        Tab: go to next cell.

·         Shift +tab: go to previous cell.

Cells  को एडिट करने के लिए शॉर्टकट कुँजी:

Excel में कुछ कीबोर्ड शॉर्टकट कुंजी होती हैं, जिससे Cells को एडिट करना आसान हो जाता हैं ।
 ·        F2: Edit a cell.

·        F3: Paste a cell name

·        Enter: Complete an entry in a cell or formula bar.

·        Delete: Remove contents of a cell.

·        Esc: Cancel an entry in a cell or formula bar.

·        Shift+F2: Add or edit cell comment.

·        Crtl+Insert Or Ctrl+C: Copy contents of a cell or selected data copy.

·        Shift+Insert Or Ctrl+V: Paste contents of a cell.

·        Alt+Enter: Insert a hard return within a cell.

·        Alt+H+D+C: Delete column.

Worksheet की Cell में Formatting करने के लिए शॉर्टकट कुँजी :

·        Ctrl+0: Hide selected columns.

·        Ctrl+1: Open format cells dialog box.

·        Ctrl+5: Apply or remove strikethrough.

·        Ctrl+9: Hide selected rows.

·        Ctrl+Shift+$: Apply currency format.

·        Ctrl+Shift+%: Apply percent format.
